UMM....yes. Actually the whole thing kind of scared me. Plus, I had minor surgery on my back the day before Thanksgiving so I knew I would not be able to do the lifting etc. But, I will try it one day.
I dont get why so many people are so scared of deep frying, me and my pops have been doing it every year for at least the last 6+ and have never had a problem.
Don't use too much oil, make sure your turkey is dry and do it in a open space on concrete and you'll be golden for the best turkey ever in 3/4's the time it takes to do one in the oven.
It's somewhat disturbing to me that in this thread's title, Kings fans on this board are referred to as a term that is one letter away from spelling the word Lakers.
