DieHardKingsFan: How many ounces of tequila were in your margarita? That drink could be a lightweight, with one or two small shots of tequila and the rest sweet 'n' sour. (However, if your margarita had five or more shots, it'd make sense for you to be hurtin' today.)
Water's a solid option, and it's really the only way to go during the day in the middle of a heat wave if you have to be outside.
Speaking of being outside: It's good to be inside right now, since it's 93 degrees at 3:05 p.m. in Placentia. I'm definitely rocking the central AC.

... working out during the rags game intermissions ... ya ... i'm a multi-tasking/functioning drinker.
I'm not yet able to do that much at one time, lunch, but I usually work out while watching whichever hockey game is on TV at the time. With that, I'm about to start my own cross-training workout in two minutes.
