About This Page: This is a discussion on Food and Beer Reviews within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. This is pretty cool. I'll have to try this next time I make hard boiled eggs:
How to 'Peel' Hard-Boiled Eggs Without Peeling - Articles
ive never really had a problem peeling eggs to take the time to do these extra steps, as long as you use eggs a few days past the time you buy them when you boil them it should be easy. heres a good step by step on how to perfectly hard boil an egg
Ian, I'm with you on this tried and true technique, I just thought the novelty of this guy's technique was cool.
I too put a bit of vinegar in with the cold water at the beginning to prevent the "egg drop soup" looking leakage by the time the eggs are done. Also, I'm not soo sure how well the vinegar residue would go with the baking soda recommended in my link.
(BOOM???)

I like to have my huervos blown on too!!!! Actually, pretty cool link...How would someone come up with something like that? WAY too much time on his hands.
