About This Page: This is a discussion on Food and Beer Reviews within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. Coming this Thursday night will be a step by step visual-blog of deep frying a turkey in the front yard.
Stay Tuned!!!!!
To get the oil line you put the bird in the pot. add water until it is 2 inches above the bird then take the bird out, The amount of water left in the pot is the line of oil you will fill it up to. DISPLACEMENT MOTHER BITCHES! Watch PI!
Gotta inject the marinade. William S Burrows would be jealous by the number of shots I gave this mother ****er
I looove the fried turkey! I have a fryer and have made it a few times. It tastes great, cooks quickly and leaves the oven available for all the other goodies. The only downside is the clean up. You gotta ditch the grease somewhere. I left it on the doorstep of a restaurant once.
