OMG, I just ate at Emerill's and had the "taster's" dinner. it was the best meal I've ever had!
First was some fresh salad with weird greenery that rocked.
then one huge scallop with sauce and some other stuff like rissoto rice I think.
Then some Salmon with another differnt sauce and potatoes etc, salmon eggs, caviar all kindsa stuff.
Each of these dishes was brought out seperately as a course and presented beautifully.
Next was Redfish in a wild bbq type sauce.
After that was a succulent pork medallion with another insane sauce. The flavor was exploding in my mouth.
Last up was dessert, some chocolate thing with ice cream and whipped cream on the side.
I praised the chef, the waiters and the bus boys. They really kept "turning up a notch" with every course and it was well worth the price of admission. ($85) Add a couple of beers and a tip ($140).
BEST MEAL I EVER ATE!! I swear. I will rationalize by not gambling and calling this my lost gambling losses.
If you are in Vegas and want to try something really special and well worth the money, check out the Emerill's taster menu.
