About This Page: This is a discussion on Food and Beer Reviews within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. I am going there this Friday. Who has been there, is it a big deal, is the food good and what do you suggest?
pricey. the food is... okay. it's really all about the experience. the last time i was there, i had the fish. it was good, but the pasta was overcooked.
i found a couple of winners from the dessert table, but i couldn't tell you which of the 15 (i tried) they were.
ride the lift when you get in.

I was there a few weeks ago, and it's all about the atmosphere. The entrees are ok, but not exceptional. I had a lobster thermador with halibut. The lobster was very good, the halibut, overcooked. For lunch, they have a buffet for the salads and other side dishes. It had a decent selection and was better than most mainstream buffets (outside of Vegas). The chilled crab and shrimp was very nice. Dessert bar was ok, but the cookies were bad, I may need to offer my services. The waiter we had was versed in the history of the place, although our host worked in the P.R. office when the club was built, so we had all the info we needed. The waiter's stories were better than his service, since he couldn't seem to pour water without spilling it on the table.
We had park hopper passes included in the price of the meal, so the expense was not much more than going to the park itself.
I'll try and post a couple of pictures later, if I get the chance.
