Ground beef and chicken only. No shredded chicken, carnitas, asada, adobada? This place ain't Mexican! Not saying it isn't good because I haven't tried it, but I wouldn't think of this food as Mexican, much less world class Mexican.
LOL. there is no need to get defensive, but there is definitely a difference between authentic 'mexican' fast food and heavily americanized 'mexican' fast food.
I think most agree that a good taco place will usually tacos that consist of: those smaller corn tortillas, choice of meat (asada, pastor, lengua, cabeza, pollo guisado, and maybe some other types of inards), cilantro and cebolla, and your choice of salsa (green-tomatillo salsa or red-chile salsa).
Burrito's should prolly include the same but in a flour tortilla with beans, rice, crema, avocado...or whatever else you like in it that they have in the restaurant.
This stuff is not 'mexican' food, let alone "world class" mexican food. This stuff is more along the lines of a Taco Bell or Del Taco at least in terms of style. I concede that since i've never been there the quality may be much better

The Mexican food I like is the kind that doesn't do this:
After all...beans, rice, meat, tortilla, etc....same ingredients for all of them, whether you call it a taco, burrito, tostada, tacquito, flauta, whatever....
Honestly - I prefer Ray's Tepeyac in Covina/Azusa. Always damn good, especially for breakfast.
