Default With almond bark

Alright I need some help here. Every year my wife gets some white almond bark and dips some oreo's and some pretzels in it. Good enough, sure, but it lacks inspiration or creativity.

So I'm at home on leave and decided to try some things with it and I'm kind of stuck. What I did at first was just dip the pretzels in the almond bark and then dust them with nutmeg and cinnamon topped with chocolate sprinkles. Then I decided to add imitation coconut extract to the bark, then dusted the nutmeg, cinnamon, AND ginger on plus the chocolate sprinkles.

Taking things a bit too far (out of boredom and ignorance), I added some vanilla extract to the bark with the coconut extract already mixed in and it won't melt. It didn't really melt at first with the coconut, but now it's definitely not melting at low heat. It's become quite grainy and clumpy.

I realize that I now need to get rid of that bit of bark, but does anyone here have any ideas or knowledge on how to mix these flavors into the bark? I want to try caramel as well along with anything else I can think to try. I am planning on trying these flavors separately as well as combined.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

I haven't used almond bark, but anything with a lot of moisture, or water based flavorings will cause a problem. Best to melt the bark, and then dip things into it.
