99%? DAMN! That's some serious Cacao. I love dark chocolate, but 85 is about as high as I go for nibbling.
Hmm. I have a Domori 100% in the wine cooler saved for baking...... maybe I should try a square?

I'll also stick with a 70-80% mix.

OK, go. I worship hi-qual. dark-chocolate--so I gave it a shot. The blast of pure cocoa flavor is incredible, but without any hint of sugar it's just too weird for me.
But it wasn't the one you mentioned. It was my Domori 100%. Figured it was similar enough. Does yours contain any sugar? If so, that might help.

Yes the ingredients of Lindt 99% includes sugar.
Obviously very little. I tried 85% after 99% and it to me it is sweet but still delicious.
