I'm not much of a cheesecake fan, but this is a pretty *sweet* deal for those that are!
They are going to be CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZY tomorrow night for dinner!
they sure were. got there at 8p, didn't get seated until almost 9:30p (we shopped in between to kill time). people were still waiting to get seated when we left at 10:15p. i only eat there maybe once a year and usually split the cheesecake for dessert. since it was only $1.50, i had my own and now i feel ill... too much sweet, i feel like i'm going to yack. lolz. i even worked out for 2 hrs today to make up for it. oh well, you only live once!

Boxed no bake cheesecake mix?!?!?! EWWWWWW!!!! Bogey, you were joking right?
Seriously, I can't tell the difference between the boxed stuff and the Cheesecake factory stuff.
They taste about the same to me, but the boxed stuff to me tastes a little bit better just because one of those home made cheesecakes costs about the same as one slice at the restaurant.
It wasnt worth it to go down there. Waited an hour it get a table for 2, we ordered right when the server got there, he told us to put our cheesecake order in now because there is a 30-45 minute wait on it. We got out food at a respectable time, but after we were finished, it took them an hour and a half to get us our cheesecake. People all around us who had gotten in while we were eating had gotten their cheesecake before us. It put me into a pretty bad mood. But what are you gonna do? Its $1.50 cheesecake.
Yeah, yesterday at The Grove was pretty hectic, too...but a co-worker and I walked over there around 1:30pm and managed to snag a table in the bar area (only waiting about 10 minutes). It was also suggested that we place our cheesecake order along with our lunch order. The service was still good...although our waitress looked a little stressed. We left her an extra big tip and brought our cheesecake back to the office for the rest our co-workers to share in a little indulgence.
Btw...I bought the coconut chocolate cream and it was quite yummy (happy KJ? ).
