Here you go How to burn AAC, M4A, M4B, WMA, WAV, Ogg to CD on Mac OS X using Music Man I will also do some more research for you as well

here is a few more programs you could use. The only problem with Mac programs is you have to buy them. Very little open source support for Mac.
