Nero will burn the FLAC files to a CD like a regular Audio CD. It also can be done with CDBurnerXP Pro which is a free ware utility (No add's or crapware)

here is a tutorial on how to do with these programs How to burn an audio CD from .flac files in Windows - Simple Help Also FLAC files usually come from Linux computers where every audio program that runs under Linux will play and burn FLAC files to CD and seemless like Windows Media Player. But te link above will help you with burning them in windows.

and torrent files are universal when it comes to bit torrent clients. all torrent clients open the same torrent file format.
