But on the other hand I have to say that Russia can be a tough country to get used to for foreigners. Moscow not so much, but some other parts of Mother Russia are said to be really tough. Omsk probably does have to pay more than CSKA Moscow.
My friend refuses 5× bigger salary, flat, car and a virtual job for his wife, because his company wanted to send him to some strange part of Russia to build a new factory. In fact they can't get anybody to go there and they are trying to get someone for 3 years now.
If there's some chemistry expert with lots of working experience and ability to actually run a big factory, let me know.
