OK, Henry said he found the first taste of Copper River Salmon at Albertson's at $20 a pound I think. Usually it comes in expensive and then
goes down a week or two later but you never know since this is such a bad year for U.S. salmon.
Anyways, keep your eye out for it if you want to sample some of the best-tasting fish you can throw on the grill.
The color is incredible.
