Default What are your movie "scene wreckers"?

What I mean is.....I was just flipping through the channels on TV and Good Will Hunting was on. So I kept it there for a little while because (whether you agree or not) the writing in that script is exceptional. But then it got to that scene when Robin Williams says to Matt Damon, "It's not your fault. It's not your fault." And Damon proceeds to bawl in a heart-touching embrace.....Yeah, anyway, so I had to change the channel, because that scene, for me, wrecks a movie that's near pitch perfect.

So can you think of any movies where a scene or scenes seem to wreck it for the rest of the movie?

Another example: I love the movie Heat. It's one of my favorites. But I hate the ending when Pacino and DeNiro are clasping hands in a sentimental ending of respect and a battle well fought....yeah, right. Didn't buy it.
