Costco? Really? Ours out here doesn't carry Harris Ranch beef, but a local Asian market does and has for quite a while. The thin-sliced shabu-shabu or yakiniku packs have been hit-and-miss but I think it has more to do with the market itself which I'm SURE mislabels things, and can at times put stuff out that probably shouldn't be for sale. But at best the H.R. beef itself has been GREAT. It's super tender, and has a REAL nice buttery taste, so I'm guessing that it's corn-fed. Didn't know they had a restaurant, but even the store-bought USDA choice has been impressive so I'll bet the prime-grade they serve in their own place is heavenly.
