So I just make it at home. While Costco no longer has the Carnegie Deli stuff, Ralphs has pretty good thinly shaved pastrami. Put that on some grilled marble rye, and enjoy. |
I don't eat subway if I can help it mainly due to their bread being meh.
The problem with many non-deli places down here that serve Pastrami or Corned beef is they don't use a steam box to warm the meat. I won't eat at a place that uses a griddle to warm it because it dries it out too much as the fat in the marbling breaks down.
Microwaving is even worse.
