It's laughable how much people get worked up about his "bush league" antics. This kind of stuff has gone on since hockey was invented. Maybe they shouldn't allow the players to stand in front of the goalies either. Also, once someone shoots the puck, the players shouldn't be allowed to try and deflect it. I mean, can't be waving your stick in front of the goalie. How about this, can't follow a guy all over the ice shadowing him so he can't make plays like Esa Tikkanen did his whole god damn career?

What Avery did is just a way to distract another play and get them off their game. Anyone who feels that it was cheapening the game has been watching a different sport than I have for the past 20+ years.
