I own three
Gerber 29 jerseys. One is the red Suisse model from the '02 Olympics, while another is from the SCL Tigers, his first professional club in i.e. Langnau, Switzerland. The third is a black mesh practice Mighty Ducks jersey that's absolutely freakin'
huge: a size XXL. Also included in that collection is a red Carolina Hurricanes kids' T-shirt, size XL -- a respectable size for an adult woman who's 5'9" -- with my favorite's name and number screen-printed on the back. (Do I dislike those teams? No. I give 'em props for having the sense to have Gerbs on their rosters for at least a season.)
In about a month, I'll take my white replica Ottawa Senators jersey to HockeyGiant, a well-stocked hockey-supplies shop in Anaheim, and have -- you guessed it

--
Gerber 29 embroidered on the back.
(How could I forget? My better half gave me a Boston Bruins
Lapointe 22 jersey for Christmas '02 and signed by Lapointe in February '06. If I ever wanted to sell it, it won't fetch much. But who cares? I like it, and I'm planning on keeping it.)
