I just got a bigass salmon filet at Sam's club for $14. Great texture, nice and thick, beautiful color.

I usually prepare mine the "white trash" way:

Preheat the grill to med-high
Spray some Pam on a piece of foil
Place the individual Salmon serving on the foil
Add sliced vidalia onions, fresh parsley, garlic powder, ground pepper, and a squeeze of lemon
Add teriyaki sauce if I'm in a teriyaki mood that night.
Fold up the foil packets tight.
Throw 'em on the grill and reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 6 mins on each side
Serve with grilled pineapple and steamed rice.
