Is just off the wall and really, for no good reason at all. Oh no, we don't get to pick #1, we don't get Stamkos, we have to settle for #2, that's not good enough. Boo hoo, quit your crying. Yeah, the #2 pick sucks. The #1 pick is almost certainly going to be Stamkos. OK, well, if we had the #1 pick I'm sure we'd pick him cause you don't ignore the most talented person in the draft if your options are limitless BUT we have the #2 pick and the choice of defensemen this year is unbeatable. Oh, and what is it we need? Offense? Not so much, LA can actually score, look at our goals for this past season. Do we need DEFENSE? You bet your ass we do. Guess what? Looks like that's exactly what we're going to get. I see no reason to throw a hissy fit.
