Yea, it sucks, but thats that. If we were meant to have him, the balls would have bounced in our favor (even with only 18.8%).
Looking at the youth of each club, Tampa could use him more than we could. And its probably better for the league to have someone like him in a southern market. Besides, Tampa was really bad this year. Playing in a weak division just didn't make it as obvious.
