 How is lottery order determined | |
I predict a tie with the lightning come seasons end, but does anyone know for a fact the nhl uses the wins/games between/goal differential tie breaker for the draft. I know the NFL just flips a coin for the draft even though they have another method to break playoff seed ties, does the NHL do the same? |
