Who's got the '09 1sts that we want DL to poach or exchange some of this year's surplus picks for?

Assuming we make enough moves to pull this team out of the gutter and at least into the black hole or playoff contention, it's unlikely the Kings will be a lottery team again next year. However...can we predict who's going to suck and engineer trades that net us those teams' firsts, and get into the Tavares race?

This would be a lot more fun than sucking ourselves.

Oilers, Lightning, Isles, Blues, BlueJackets, Thrashers, Leafs, Sabres, Coyotes...Canucks?
