I've never read or heard of Stamkos being called a "generational talent" by any scouts or even media pundits.

I've certainly never seen him compared to Crosby or Ovechkin. What I have read is comparisons to Joe Sakic and Mike Modano.

I'll be content with any of the 4 pictured in my sig: Stamkos, Doughty, Schenn or Bogosian. If DL does end up selecting Schenn or Bogosian, I hope it means he traded down and got something valuable for that 1st overall.
