"Leave Army alone!" *sniff* | | It seems that unless the player is a star, he gets no love around here, even though he is perfectly adequate at what he does. (See Modry, Jaroslav). I'm sick and tired of "I hate ____ " posts just because the guys in question don't have first line/first pairing talent.
Armstrong isan NHL-caliber player. He would play on the 3rd or 4th line with a good team and get 0 PP time. With the Kings he does more than that because the Kings suck and have 3rd/4th liners playing on the second line. There is a reason the Kings are in last place - they don't have enough good players. Duh!
Army can't go out shopping for more talent, or I'm pretty sure he would. He's a plugger who's playing more than he should. By all reports he's a great locker room guy and I for one am always happy to see a guy who has paid his dues playing in the NHL.
Don't make me post a tearful YouTube video. |
