We have all been anxiously awaiting the trade deadline, which is apparently going to net us nothing...
Blake - Looks like he won't be waiving his no trade clause.
Stuart - According to the Modry article, we want to keep him/re-sign him (not a bad move IMO)
Camm - Probably won't get any value for him if you trade him now, Dean is likely to wait til next season
That leaves...
Nagy - Between injuries and lackluster play, what is he going to get us, if anything?
Thornton, Willsie - Future considerations if anything?
Armstrong - Too "valuable" to the team on and off the ice, wouldn't bring in enough of a return anyway most likely
If anything is coming our way this trade deadline it will be in the form of low draft picks and low-grade prospects. |
