On Saturday nite I went to the Lethbridge vs Regina game looking to be thoroughly entertained. I went for the express notion of watching Kings prospects DKing and LRowat. King played a good game but Rowat stunk to to the high heavens. That's to say he played aweful. He gave up 4 of the 5 goals and looked pretty shakey most of the game. Rowat plays a very different style of 'tending that leaves him susceptable to rap arounds. He plays stiff and rigid and doesn't handle the traffic around the net very well. If Lethbridge wanted they could have scored 10 goals. Suffice to say that this pick at this junction was an iffy pick.
PS D-man Colten Teubert played a tough and at times dirty game. He got beat a number of times by swift skating players such as Zach Boychuk and Luca Sbisa. Teubert showed very little on the offensive side even when he played the PP.Teubert seems destined to be a 20-30th pick in the 2008 draft.
