Lightbulb Kings Game Summaries

Hey guys and gals, looking for a little help here. I'm going on a semester at sea and won't have access to the internet beyond e-mail. Is there someway to get on a list or newsletter that e-mails out game summaries? The internet is less that 14.4 dial up via a ship satellite, and over a dollar a minute, what about "saving a page as" to download summaries real quick? any other suggestions?
