Here is an even easier one that I make that is all Christmas colors.

Broccoli and Tomato Salad

4 good sized heads of broccoli
1 large red onion
10 - 12 Roma tomato's (or more depending upon taste)
1 bottle Bernstein's Restaurant Italian Dressing (needs to be this one exactly)

-- "Shave" the broccoli crowns (you can use the stalks but most people like the crowns). Shave them length wise from the bottom of the stalks in the upward direction.

-- Chop the onion in large pieces

-- Chop up the tomatoes into chunks

-- Put everything into a gallon baggie. Dump in the full bottle of Bernstein's dressing. Refrigerate overnight, turning the bag over every hour or so, allowing full marination.

-- Empty bag into salad bowl and serve.

This is always a huge hit and extremely easy to make. Good luck.
