I think that would actually be a great deal for both sides.
It may turn out well, and it definitely may not.
Turco has benefited from playing behind a very defensive system in Dallas. I don't know if he'll be able to keep that up behind Tampa's game.
St. Louis is still very small. Talented, but that may be a non-factor being in the extremely large sized Pacific division.
