Got the swimming down now, so that's been going good. One of the underwater fish bosses is pretty epic later-on... basically a shell fight in a fish bowl.
As for too easy... two words: Daredevil Bouldergeist. With a "Daredevil" level one hit and you're toast. It took me over 30 minutes and many lives to finally beat him.
